Refund Policy

All payments made to Delhi Public School Mushkipur via the online payment gateway are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment has been successfully completed, no request for cancellation, chargeback, or refund will be entertained.

The Payer is responsible for ensuring the correctness of the information provided (such as student details, fee type, and amount) before initiating the payment. Any mistakes in data entry or duplicate payments made due to user error will not be eligible for a refund.

In exceptional cases where a technical error has caused an incorrect debit without corresponding fee receipt generation, the Institution will review the transaction and, if verified, adjust the amount against future dues or resolve it as per the Institution’s discretion.

By proceeding with an online payment, the Payer confirms acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
